A safe space to explore your own organic dance, to find and continue to experience your own unique creative expression, through a group experience. Rolando Toro the founder of Biodanza believed that human beings are pure poetry in motion, bringing a truthful body to your own life is a great gift, as we learn to live again from our instinctual nature life changes outside the dance floor. So come along and make some new friends, learn who you are, love who you are, bring empathic connection to everything you do.
There are no steps to learn, there is just the music, your movement, the group experience and some gentle guidance.
Please note that the entrance to 'The Place' is on Flaxman Terrace and the session will be held in Studio 9
Each class is £10 and concessions are £7. You can pay on the day at the start of the class. We also offer Bio cards that offer a discount:
